Naty Rico

Naty is a first-generation college graduate who is passionate about education equity, disability identity and culture, and accessibility. Her greatest accomplishment has been studying abroad via Semester at Sea as a disabled woman of color. She enjoys mentoring and spending time with youth from her community. Currently, she resides in Tucson, AZ where she serves as the coordinator of the Disability Cultural Center at the University of Arizona where she also hopes to pursue her Master’s Degree.
